Our Excel keeps drifting. Every department has its own version of the truth.

The system falls apart. The warehouse doesn't work. Excel has seven versions. Employees keep leaving. We know which pains hit your business — on the technology and operations side. We can step in as your Operations Director / CTO.

Procedures don't work. Everyone does it their own way.

The warehouse doesn't work. System stock ≠ shelf stock.

Customers complain. We don't know where to start.

We don't know which branch makes money and which lives off subsidies.

AI? We've heard of it. Don't know where to start.

we know these sentences. and we know what to do about them.
No full-time hire. No long contracts. We fit into your rhythm and own the outcome — that processes, technology and operations work together. The way they should.
Always three steps. Always in the same order. Boring. Repeatable. It works.
First we look. We sit with the team, with documents and processes. We observe how the company actually works — before anyone tells us where it hurts. Because once you listen to one person first, you stop seeing the whole. Only then do we name the problem. You leave with a map: what we fix in a month, what in a quarter, what stays.
We connect things. Embedded in the team's rhythm — we do whatever is needed, every step documented in plain language with the reasoning. We pay close attention to UX and to the experience of the people using the system — a system nobody uses is nothing. The client reads on Monday and understands what we're doing on Wednesday.
In the end, what stays is a system that runs itself. Step-by-step instructions, a record of decisions, a trained team. For 2-3 months after launch we pick up the phone. Then your team carries on. And we go looking for the next company where something hurts.
Steel containers and halls. ERP with 21 modules: CRM, leads, quotes, invoices, KSeF. Website in 4 languages. We're rewriting it from Lovable to SvelteKit + Postgres — production grade.
Retail network with 134 branches and 300 employees. I wrote the first operational procedures, then built VRS (Vape Retail System). Migration from Supabase to Postgres + Keycloak + S3.
I know everything here from the inside. A retail holding in fast growth — from 37 stores to 130. Procedures, Discord, SharePoint, Power BI, VRS, warehouse. Here I'm the Operations Director.
Event tent rental, seasonal business. Brand refresh, system of 11 colors and 9 slogans, new website, admin panel — all in under 3 weeks of work before the 2026 season.
Kayaking company on the Nida river. Website + booking system + payments + terms. Seasonal business — has to run from May to September without staffing.
Not a fleet panel — putting everything in order: procedures, spreadsheets, data analysis, the way the company runs day-to-day. I started there as a coordinator of a 40-person team.
Two tools I use every day to run isiko, VAVO and STAGO. Open-source. Before we hand anything to a client, we test it on ourselves.
Personal Operating System.
A multi-agent system in Claude Code. 19 agents, 79+ skills, lifecycle hooks, working memory. 19 agents is not a metaphor — they actually talk to each other every day. Without bOS I wouldn't have written this site.
Teach every AI who you are.
A portable personalization layer for 20+ AI tools. Drop in some files, answer a few questions — Meport produces a profile understood by Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Windsurf and the rest. I built it myself, published on npm.

Managing teams since 2017 — car rentals, premium retail, now operations in retail networks. Mostly Polish SMEs, 1-300 people, where budgets are tight and every decision has to pay off.
I build systems for clients: STAGO, Wolny Namiot, Dzikie Wiosło, Splendid Fleet. And for myself: bOS and Meport, used daily. AI as a working tool, not a gadget. No full-time, no long contracts — 4-week pilot, then 6-12 months in a weekly cadence.
