Hello.
We know companies are different. Some need 7 days to understand what to fix first. Others — someone next to the team for half a year, who lines up tech and operations together. A third group — AI training for the board and the team, to actually start with something concrete instead of reading another article.
In short, I work in three main formats. Each one starts with a different question from the owner — pick the path that sounds most like your company. If none fits, write briefly: who you are, what you do, what hurts — we'll find what works.
01 — entry
Operations audit · 7 days
I step into a company in chaos for 7 days. 3 days on-site, 4 days remote. I watch how it really works, listen to the team, read the documents. You leave with a process map, a list of losses and a concrete 30 / 60 / 90 day plan.
— who it's for
- company of 1–300 people in operational chaos
- decisions are made on Excel and the owner's memory
- the team does it their own way, processes are not written down
- AI / ERP / WMS is on the radar but not implemented
— what you get
- Process map of the company (how it actually works, not how it was supposed to)
- List of 5–10 losses (time + money + control)
- 3 quick wins to deploy within a week
- 30–60–90 day plan with priorities
- Direction recommendation: AI vs ERP vs processes
7 days · 3 days on-site + 4 days remote · report in English or Polish

02 — core
CTO/COO retainer
I step into a company for half a year — one that already has a direction and needs someone to line up tech, operations and people in one plan. Weekly cadence. 4-week pilot, then longer. Strategy plus daily presence in the team's communicator.
— who it's for
- company that has direction but lacks executive presence
- board needs someone embedded in a weekly cadence
- tech (CTO) + operations (COO) in one person
- ERP / workflow / KPIs to run operationally
— what you get
- 1–2 days a week embedded in your team
- Weekly written report (decisions + risks)
- Tech and operations strategy in one plan
- Daily availability on the company's communicator
- 4-week pilot → 6+ month engagement
1–2 days / week · 6+ months · 4-week pilot first

03 — entry / AI
AI workshops & training
A format for companies that want to start with AI without a full retainer. Workshop for the board (1 day) — where AI makes sense in your company, where it doesn't. Team training (1–3 days) — exercises on real cases, not slides. Plus one-off implementations per use case.
— who it's for
- boards that want to understand where AI makes sense (and where it doesn't)
- teams that should use AI daily, not once a quarter
- company ready for the first AI integration in a real process
- no appetite for a full retainer — you want concrete output
— what you get
- AI workshop for the board (1 day, on real cases from your company)
- Team training (1–3 days, exercises, not slides)
- AI implementation per use case (RAG / bot / automation)
- Reference materials for further use
- 2 weeks of post-launch support
1 day – 3 months · scope set after a short conversation

Not sure which package fits? Write briefly: who you are, what you do, what hurts. I reply in 24h and recommend a direction even if it isn't work for me. Packages are a starting point — final scope is adapted to the company.

Frequently asked.
How much does it cost?
Every company is a different case. A 7-day audit for a 20-person company is a different situation than for a 300-person one. A 1 day/week retainer is a different intensity than 2 days. We agree it together on the first call — once I see what we're dealing with. There are no hidden costs, no „onboarding fee", no rigid price list to sign.
Why no packaged 30/60/90 day sprints?
The reality of companies with 1–300 people doesn't fit neatly into sprints. Processes change gradually, AI requires iteration, people need time to get used to new tools. A weekly cadence with an Operations Director / CTO embedded in the team delivers more value than a packaged sprint that ends with a PDF.
Can I buy AI alone, without an audit?
Yes — the AI workshop for the board (1 day), team training (1–3 days) and AI implementation (per use case) are standalone. But: in 90% of cases AI without a prior process audit = automation deployed into chaos. The 7-day audit is not an obligation — it's a saving.
What if our problem is something else?
Write to us. I'll recommend a direction even if I'm not the right person. I have a network of other consultants (processes, finance, HR, legal) we work with. Better to refer than to take an engagement outside my competence.
VAT invoice?
Yes — registered business activity, VAT invoices, monthly settlement. Engagements formalised under a framework agreement.
Interested?
Write briefly: who you are, what you do, what hurts. We talk for 30 minutes with no strings attached. If it fits — we run a 4-week pilot. If it doesn't — I recommend a direction even if it isn't work for me.
